To make it easier for lenders to reach a broad range of borrowers with disabilities, we have added additional income and credit guidelines to all Fannie Mae standard and Community Lending mortgage products. All lenders may use these flexibilities to qualify a borrower, including a borrower with a disability or who has a family member with a disability.
