Fidencio J. Vargas Jr. graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, and received a B.A. in Sociology. Fidencio is a former Special Educator with the San Diego Unified School District.
Fidencio is an expert VA, FHA, CalSTRS for Teachers, PERS, for State Employees, and all Conventional mortgage programs to help both the “investor” and the “first time homebuyer” access down payment assistance and grant monies.
