Charlotte Esquivel

Charlotte Esquivel has been a teacher for more than ten years, specializing in working with students who are learning English. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Albright College in Reading, PA. After graduation, she lived in Tijuana for a year, doing volunteer community outreach while learning Spanish. Unable to resist the pull of the beautiful San Diego beaches and weather, she decided to make this city her home. She earned her teaching credential through a district intern program, and eventually went on to work for the program as a coach to other interns. Her Master’s degree is from National University. Since buying her own first home, Charlotte developed a keen interest in real estate and the lending process, eventually forming the goal of helping other people understand and benefit from the lending process and home ownership. “It’s gratifying to be able to help people achieve the goal of home ownership, particularly if it is an idea that once may have seemed unattainable or difficult”.    

Charlotte Esquivel ha sido una maestra mas de diez años, especializando en trabajar con estudiantes en vias de aprender inglés. Tiene un título en trabajo social de Albright College en Reading, PA. Después de su graduación, vivió en Tijuana un año, haciendo trabajo voluntario en la communidad, mientras aprendía  español. Fascinada con las playas tan hermosas de San Diego igual como el clima, decidió hacer este ciudad su hogar. Recibió su credencíal de maestra por el medio de un programa del distrito para maestros practicantes (internos) y luego comenzó a trabajar por el mismo programa, enseñando otros maestros nuevos. Su maestría es de National University. Desde que compró su primera casa, Charlotte desarolló un ínteres en bienes raíces y el proceso de financimiento, eventualmente ilusionandose en ayudar a otra gente entender y beneficiar de estos procesos. “Para mi es una satisfacción ayudar a otras personas a cumplir sus sueños de tener su propia casa, especialmente si ésta idea ha parecido algo difícil o imposible para cumplir.”
